A. Order Cancellation

Because all products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your cancellation request is received within this period, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After 24 hours, production may have already started and we may be unable to cancel the order. Once an order enters production, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@humaniconic.com and include your order number.

B. Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address, size, color, or other order details, please contact us at support@humaniconic.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

While we will do our best to accommodate modification requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase may not be eligible for modification.
