For the best assessment, please place the item on a flat surface and ensure the defect is clearly visible in the photos.
Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item.
Claims submitted after 14 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
