Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Replacements

At Humaniconic, every product is made to order specifically for you. We strive to ensure that every order arrives in excellent condition.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

  • The item is misprinted.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • You receive the wrong size due to our production or fulfillment error.

To submit a claim, please contact us at support@humaniconic.com within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Because all products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.

  • Change of mind after production has started.

  • Personal preference regarding fabric, material, color tone, or print appearance as described on the product page.

  • Orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events.

  • Delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Please review all product details, sizing information, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, production may have already started and we may be unable to cancel the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact support@humaniconic.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Order Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address, size, color, or other order details, please contact support@humaniconic.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters production, modifications can no longer be guaranteed.
